Medium — ~130 words

Dale Parducci is the co-founder of Convey Growth, which he runs with Dougie Taylor: two operators who install and run the growth system inside consumer brands, measured against a baseline frozen before anything changes. Growth you can audit. Previously Head of Growth at Absolute Web, where he operated demand and retention for DTC brands across the commerce ecosystem. His edge is the hard categories: years running performance marketing in supplements, telehealth, and other restricted verticals where most operators can't get an account approved, let alone scale one. He also founded Compound Health, a telehealth venture in men's health, and publishes Oracle Brief, a daily cross-domain intelligence briefing.
